I'm a big fan of Tsutomu Nihei, so I finally got around to doing my best tribute art to date. The guys are: Kudou Denji from ABARA (top), Killy from BLAME! (bottom left), and Zouichi Kanoe from BIOMEGA (bottom right).

Drawn and inked by hand with India ink, then tweaked in Photoshop

Cian is ready for the more rowdy aspect of this Celtic festival, but this time, he's joined by his foster-brother and fellow warrior Keir! Both of them are going to wear their masks and go with the other young men in the village and prank the homes. If treats are offered, they might stop their little tricks. XD

The apples are part of the festival, buried by the sides of the road to placate the wandering spirits.
